We are on a mission to change the way you send and receive things you love. Looking for a Proficient Sales Manager with Strong B2C Background & who will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle in assigned territory & expected to bring
targeted customer clusters on board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactive approach towards translating strategy into specific business initiatives and meeting the customer acquisition target (B2C) as agreed with Growth Head
• Increase Visibility and build the company into a dominant brand, including the development of a Consistent message integrated across all the targeted avenues (Apartments, Corporates, Universities & SME’s)
• Own the BTL Outreach to develop and maintain plans which outlines how sales target will be met on an ongoing basis
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness & create campaigns for business and marketing priorities
• Report on Sales activity and update CRM on the progress of daily activities
Requirements:
• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Strategic thinking supplemented with a laser-sharp focus on execution & proven track record of demonstrated ability to stretch and perform
• Prior experience in student ambassador/Leadership programs in the past
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
Other requirements:
• Must have a two-wheeler
• Willing to travel
• Willing to perform field sales
• Ability to adapt and willingness to work independently in a high stake, fast-changing environment

3.6 LPA (MBA candidates)

• Engineering Graduate (Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical)
