Job Description
Sales:
● Formulating strategies for overall accomplishment of top & bottom-line profitability
● Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame
● Leading the sales team and ensuring the achievement of the assigned targets
● Ensure high productivity of team members
Business operations:
● Support BU head in P&L responsibility
● Assist BU Head in Opex, Capex optimization. Manage – operations, business development and marketing
● Run and expand EV network of start-ups and corporations.
● Maintain effective interaction with industry leaders
● Business and sales growth of the facility
● Relationship with external partners to grow business expansion
● Ensure coordination between managers and also weekly sprint efficiencies
● Customer feedback, customer service and change implementation
● Identify problems and challenges and deploy improvements
Process development and deployment – working with internal and external teams/ vendors:
● Efficient use of CRM tools, Project Management and other tools.
Business Model Innovation:
● Develop sustainable revenue streams
● Develop interconnected models between investments and revenue streams.
Build and run high performance teams:
● Develop talent acquisition channels
● Increase revenue per employee
● Groom and develop talent
Required Qualification:
- 5+ Years+ in Automotive/ EV Industry and background in Testing and Validation is highly preferred
- Desired candidates must have excellent communication and leadership skills and also a teamplayer
- MBA and BE/BTech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics
